This $2,900,000 project consisted of the adaptive reuse of a small, existing 8,000 SF 1950’s strip commercial center as the core for this new restaurant / banquet facility. The renovated facility provides seating for 900 guests, one small party room with the capacity to seat 120 guests, one large party room with the capacity to seat 500 guests, an outdoor dining patio, a main lunge, and bar area.¬† The ‘nerve center’ for this facility is the 5,000 SF kitchen which houses sections such as:

  • “Cooked-to-Order” Restaurant operation
  • 30-foot cookline – staffed by six chiefs
  • Bulk cooking equipment
  • Preparation and plating areas for both the Restaurant¬†and Banquet operations
  • Walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Dry bulk storage

  • Baking area that supports both the Restaurant and Banquet operations
