The massing and brick color of this 50,858 sq. ft. facility matches the adjacent Justice Center, while the blue tinted glazing lightens the appearance and provides contrast.  The facility houses 2 courtrooms, a magistrate hearing room, and the clerk of courts, small claims and the probation department. The building includes a bridge to the existing Justice Center for prisoner transfer.
