• This Jail expansion included a new 528-bed housing expansion with ADA Compliance bathrooms, new work release center, expansion and remodeling of existing intake / release facilities, vehicle sallyport expansion, new video visitation facility, new probation building, new training and armory building, new maintenance facility, food service equipment expansion, new electronic security control systems, emergency generator system expansion, perimeter fencing expansion, and new emergency utility water and sewer system.
• Services included pre-design for evaluation of existing documents and condition of facilities, confirming scope of services , development of schedule, budget and architectural programming for current and future phases; preparation of design drawings, specifications, Value Engineering, 3D CADD models of exterior and interior, furniture & equipment specifications, permitting assistance and presentations to the County.
• Post design services included: assistance with bid document preparation, addenda preparation, bid analysis and review of award recommendation and construction administration services for controlling the project schedule, review and integration of construction documents between design and construction, status reports and on-site services.
