Project involved providing a Needs Assessment Study and Design Services only for the City of Clermont Police Station.  Special consideration throughout the Planning Phase was directed to the siting of the Police Station and its image to the community. This was a primary issue of the project. The integration of the existing building with the new spaces was analyzed and coordinated with the Owner and User Group. This task was of paramount importance due to the need for uninterrupted operations of the facility throughout the construction process. The Police Station was Designed to include:
