• This project, designed as an adjunct (stand-alone) facility on an adjoining site, for an established bicycle retailer in the College Park area in Orlando, Florida, was programmed to provide additional retail/office space. The constraints of the limited site size which previously were two residentially developed lots provided a site size having a combined frontage on West Princeton Street of 100’ 0” and a depth of 135’ 9”, for a total area of 0.31 acres.
• 7,198 sq. ft – structured to expand to 9,178 sq. ft. within the building envelope
• Full architectural services were provided by the firm which included programming, schematic design services, design development services, bidding / contract negotiating services, and contract administration.
