This 138,200 SF Jail expansion included a new 128-bed housing unit, food services expansion, new laundry, new video visitation facility, renovation to the commissary, new secure staff parking of 100 spaces, new intake / release facility with 40 bed classification housing, new medical services facility with 64 mental health and infirmary beds and new 24 bed special housing unit.

Strollo Architects began this project with preparing a Jail Needs Study, that contained demographic studies, inmate population projections, architectural program, Master Plan, and conceptual budgeting estimates. After the completion of the Study, Strollo Architects was awarded a contract for Design and Construction Administration Services associated with the expansion of the Jail. Services include architecture, civil, landscape, structural, mechanical, electrical, and security systems design.

The Jail expansion included:
